Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Hands on config experience with the Contact centre platform
- Cisco Webex CCE/UCCE Genesys Designer Live Person
- Hands on experience with Java and Scripting languages.
- Experience with Chat application development would be preferred Development environments
- Cisco Webex CCE, UCCE
- Genesys Designer
- Rest API and Integration Java : Interacting with database back-end using JDBC under Apache Tomcat
- SQL : SQL queries using joins, views, stored procedures, etc.JavaScript / HTM
