Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Hands on config experience with the Contact centre platform
  • Cisco Webex CCE/UCCE Genesys Designer Live Person
  • Hands on experience with Java and Scripting languages.
  • Experience with Chat application development would be preferred Development environments
  • Cisco Webex CCE, UCCE
  • Genesys Designer
  • Rest API and Integration Java : Interacting with database back-end using JDBC under Apache Tomcat
  • SQL : SQL queries using joins, views, stored procedures, etc.JavaScript / HTM
