ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for people-focused and customer-centric individuals to play a fundamental role in upholding Jones Radiology’s brand promise of delivering an outstanding patient and referrer experience.
This role is based in our Central Contact Centre in Adelaide’s CBD. This is a full-time permanent position typically working Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between the core hours of 7.30am and 6.30pm. You will also be expected to contribute to a Saturday roster between 8am – 5pm once per month with overtime rates applicable.
On commencement, you will attend a paid four-week training program to learn about Jones Radiology, scheduling medical imaging appointments and how to deliver our exceptional patient experience.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivering a high-quality inbound call experience for Jones Radiology clinics.
- Interacting with patients and referrers to schedule a range of medical imaging appointments.
- Responding to calls & enquiries in a timely, professional and caring manner.
- Providing care and an outstanding patient and referrer experience.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, objective questioning and enjoy helping people.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and previous call centre experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience using multiple programs simultaneously and systems navigation.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
