    We have an opportunity for an experienced and friendly Customer Service professional to join our Contact Centre team supporting our Stockland Halcyon Communities sales team. Delivering exceptional customer support and service, you’ll contribute to sales activities including pre-qualification, nurture, and conversion of online enquiries.
    About the role
    Working with stakeholders in the over 50s community, you will use your strong communication skills, high empathy, and emotional intelligence to build solid relationships and trust with potential buyers and play a key role in our Customer Journey. You’ll focus on phone and digital communication channels to support and engage with customers, converting initial conversations to leads, building relationships and gently encouraging prospective buyers to visit our communities before handing onto the sales consultants.
    This is a full-time permanent role, Monday – Friday. Working from our Melbourne Head Office on Thursdays and utilise one of our local Halcyon project offices or the Melbourne Head Office for your second day in the office, the three remaining days can be worked flexibly from home or a project location of your choice.
