We are looking for someone who is as passionate about Porirua City as we are; a team player who’ll thrive on providing a great experience to our customers. We love our mahi and think you will too.
We need someone who can hit the ground running, so you must have contact centre experience in a problem solving and investigative role preferably from central/local government or a utility company environment.
You’ll need to show us that you’re a fantastic problem solver and can work with a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office products.
You’ll need to have
- recent experience in a contact centre environment
- skills in providing exceptional customer service using social media, email, and verbally
- demonstrable skills and initiative in problem solving and investigating to assist the resolution of customer queries
- local knowledge of Porirua City
- the desire to be a reliable, honest and valued team member
- excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- the ability to work in multiple software applications

- thrive in a high-pressure environment with ever-changing demands as well as prioritising challenging workloads effectively
