Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The primary purpose of the Content Assistant is to manage and enhance the customer experience, with an aim to strengthen our content offering to be the best in the market. You will support teachers in planning and delivering powerful learning experiences that utilise innovative tools, by collaborating with content suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of new content and assisting with the ingestion and publication of this content, all while adhering to our stringent quality standards.
Through rigorous quality checks, the role ensures that all content meets our high standards, maintaining the integrity and reliability of our offerings. This position is essential in upholding the company’s commitment to delivering excellent and consistent content to our audience. The ideal candidate will have a background in teaching, and a passion for education and technology. You will have the ability to prioritise and take ownership over your workload in order to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer customer emails quickly and helpfully, following our response time rules to keep customers satisfied
  • Take care of customer requests for captions, ensuring they are correct and delivered on time
  • Handle customer requests for recordings of paid TV shows, ensuring the recordings are high quality and legal
  • Help create and publish our TV guide every two weeks, making sure it is accurate and interesting
  • Work with content suppliers to get new shows and movies delivered on time and in the right format
  • Help upload and publish new content, making sure it meets our quality and format standards
  • Check all new content to ensure it meets our quality standards and fix any issues to keep our content library top-notch
