YOUR IMPACT
Are you passionate about food and have great content and copywriting skills? Well, FELFEL is looking for a Content & Communications Manager. Someone to keep our clients (existing and future!) engaged with FELFEL by overseeing the different communication channels from concept to execution.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
We are looking for digitally savvy marketer with a strong understanding of social media in the B2B space. You have a strong mix of creative and strategic skills with a focus on creating high performing content.
Your contribution: client acquisition & retention. Your responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok:
- Develop content roadmap with the Marketing/Creative team.
- Plan and execute weekly social calendar across all organic social channels.
- Monitor and engage with followers.
- Write compelling copy for B2B & B2C communication:
- Master the brand voice, tone and key messaging for compelling delivery and brand consistency.
- Materials include: newsletters, website, sales collateral, etc.
- Manage B2C communication channels:
- Own the editorial calendar to create visibility around FELFEL news, campaigns & product launches.
- Create and execute marketing content via push notifications, newsletters, POS and all print material.
- Assess the performance of individual communications channels, proactively thinking of new ways to reach more customers.
