QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in a content marketing/community management role.
  • Experience in the B2B tech SaaS space, ideally working closely with both Marketing and Product teams.
  • Experience writing for global B2B audiences (ideally B2B marketing and sales professionals).
  • Good understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Content and Community Marketing Manager, you will divide your time between creating incredible content, that helps our community and keeps the Reachdesk brand top of mind, and building relationships and growing our community. You’ll play a pivotal role in the execution of our global content strategy and in the growth of our brand presence and trust.
The right candidate will be an experienced content writer and creative thinker with a passion for doing things differently - we don’t want to blend into the crowd! We are looking for someone who has worked closely with both GTM and Product teams in a SaaS environment, who can manage multiple projects at the same time and who excels in building and nurturing relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Content Creation
  • Research and create SEO-optimised engaging, relevant and timely text and video based content, to be used across email, website, social media and paid campaigns.
  • Manage the content creation process giving clear editorial direction and ensuring projects are executed on time.
  • Manage and editorial calendar of creative and engaging content for our blog, social, product updates, sales cadences and newsletters.
  • Write, proof and edit copy for internal marketing documents and sales enablement content.
  • Collaborate with our designer on design briefs for different content formats, either static or interactive.
  • Advocate for the use of consistent writing style and tone of voice across all teams and locations.
  • Community Management
  • Build relationships with community members via events, social media and other channels, becoming one of the faces of the Reachdesk brand.
  • Expand our relationships with leaders and influencers in the B2B GTM space.
  • Use community as a platform to build advocates for Reachdesk.
  • Moderate and encourage discussions on and off social media.
