Description:
Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. With expansion to their business, we have now an opportunity for a Content Curator to join the team.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
This role is responsible for gathering and curating relevant digital data, articles, images, and videos to be published for both internal and external customer facing articles. The role is a key to ensuring accurate and up to date information is readily available for all customer facing team members. You’ll deliver value and help us build our audience by making the shared content understandable to the average reader.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Validate that the new and existing material/content by verifying the accuracy and relevance of resources
- Check and update digital assets regularly and, if needed, modify their accessibility and security settings
- Investigate, secure, and properly document permission clearance to publish data, graphics, videos, and other media
- Develop and manage a system for storing and organising digital material
- Convert collected assets to a different digital format and discard the material that is no longer relevant or needed
- Investigate new trends and tools connected with the generation and curation of digital material
- Working closely with the Insights Department to understand in-depth analysis of satisfaction survey results as well as raw customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity to improve customer experience, identification of issues which may be impacting customer experience and business operations and ensure knowledge base materials support customer enquiries and team member knowledge / understanding
- Preparing and presenting feedback findings and recommendations to the business
- Weekly reporting of content curation
- Completing periodic mystery shopping interactions with Customer Service touchpoints to understand use of knowledge base, understanding of materials and gather feedback
