Our Mexico team is currently looking for a Content Manager & Digital Content Producer!

Your day-to-day
Create and execute a content strategy that aligns with the bank’s digital experience goals, brand voice, and customer engagement objectives.
Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content across various digital channels.
Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and other content vendors.
Regularly audit digital content to ensure relevance, accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
Craft compelling copy for various digital platforms, ensuring it adheres to the client’s style guide and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with designers to produce engaging graphics, infographics, and interactive elements that enhance content.
Work with marketing, UX/UI designers, product managers, and compliance officers to ensure a cohesive digital experience.
Implement quality control processes to ensure all content meets the standards and is free of errors.
Your qualifications
Be passionate about digital technologies
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in content production (digital signage skills an asset)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow-through to completion
