We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Content Manager to join the Pharma Services Group (PSG) Marketing team. The Content Manager will actively drive, and complete the creation, development, and management of content across pharma services. This position involves developing compelling, strategic content that attracts and nurtures potential customers from initial awareness through to conversion. As part of the in-house content and creative team, the manager will deliver top, middle, and bottom funnel content and, planning, and narrative development to meet both brand-level and business unit-specific objectives.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field required.
  • Advanced Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years content marketing experience, preferably in a scientific or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience within pharma services or CDMO is desired.
  • Experience in leading projects within agency settings or cross-functional teams.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Versatile writing skills with the ability to adapt tone to resonate with different audiences.
  • Effective in a multi-cultural, global environment.
  • Skilled in providing actionable feedback and critique.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to use both innovative and proven approaches to content development.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront.
  • Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a wide range of content creation across various styles and channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
