Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Content Marketer & Copywriter Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to develop engaging and compelling content with consistent and persuasive messaging across diverse marketing platforms. This includes crafting blog posts, social media content, event materials, ad copy, and more, that engage our target audience.
We’re looking for candidates with experience developing content as a Content Marketer / Copywriter or a similar role—B2B SaaS and Tech experience is a plus. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with creating content that aligns with SEO best practices and data-driven insights. This role will report to the Senior Brand and Content Manager.

Role Objectives:

  • Create high-quality, impactful, and SEO-driven written content, including blogs, website copy, paid advertisements, social media posts, presentations, infographics, white papers, articles, etc. designed to capture diverse target audiences and contribute to retention/acquisition strategies.
  • Create visually impactful and creative content (ads, visuals for landing pages, templates, GIF) using a available tools including Canva and ceros.
  • Collaborate and foster relationships amongst the wider marketing team and other cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment in all produced content.
  • Participate actively in strategic and creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and inspiring innovation.
  • Assist in the development of content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent delivery of content.
  • Own the day-to-day management of social media as a key stakeholder in the social media process and tracking performance.
  • Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform content creation.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives to make data-driven decisions and optimize future content efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams and job functions.
  • Strong designs skills – you love to create new visual content and have affinity for visually impactful digital visual content. (including short videos and GIF created with user friendly like canva.)
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences, brands, and channels.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of how to leverage technology in marketing processes, including marketing automation, HubSpot, Canva, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and webinar tools.
  • Graphic design experience and the ability to use platforms like Photoshop, Lightroom & Illustrator are a plus.
