Working with our executive team, marketing manager, and technology subject matter experts, this role demands a strategic orchestrator of content who can seamlessly integrate marketing insights with creative execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, deployment, and management of content across a multitude of digital platforms, aimed at increasing the market reach and credibility of our brand.

Job description
Applicants should possess a robust background in content marketing within the tech sector, exemplary skills in multi-channel content creation and distribution, and the ability to sustain operational excellence in a dynamic work environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence and innovate within an ambitious tech consultancy, leveraging both strategic oversight and creative acumen to drive brand growth and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Content Management: Develop and maintain a dynamic content calendar to ensure a steady stream of relevant and engaging material across diverse channels including but not limited to social media, YouTube, email marketing including newsletters, and website articles.
- Creative Content Production: Generate and refine content, including selecting standout moments from webinars and in-person content, writing compelling copy for online and offline use, case studies and whitepapers, curating content written by our technical teams, and designing promotional materials.
- Post-Production Optimization: Streamline the post-production process to ensure timely and consistent content delivery and our brand image and voice remain consistent in our content.
- Visual Content Creation: Employ graphic design tools including Canva, Photoshop, Premier Pro, and Photoshop to produce simple yet impactful digital content.
- External Collaborations: Manage external contractors to guarantee high-quality outputs in video editing, graphic design, and content writing.
- Content Promotion: Promote content through various forms, converting it into multiple formats like quotes, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Customized Platform Content: Customize content to fit the unique demands of platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, and manage scheduling to maximize impact.
- Partnership Engagement: Coordinate with our technology partners and pursue opportunities for appearances on Ferroque, partner, or industry webinars and other mediums to broaden our reach.
- Audience Insight Research: Conduct in-depth research to uncover topics that resonate with our target customers, leveraging data from various sources.
- Community Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase community interaction and growth online and offline. Measure the reach and effectiveness of our marketing strategies and conversion rates.
- Lead Generation: Assist in the development of online lead generation funnels.
- Website Management: Make updates to our corporate website’s copy, images, and content including blogs, events, and wiki content.
- Document Templates: Develop and maintain Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SaaS document creation templates to ensure consistency in brand image.
