THE CHALLENGE

  • Execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving brand awareness across various distribution channels, including websites, Google Ads landing pages, social media platforms, and more;
  • Produce compelling and persuasive copy in both English and French for a range of marketing materials;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize content for various digital formats;
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement;
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop organic and paid advertising strategies for the company’s products and solutions;
  • Analyze and ensure follow-up on communication metrics and reporting in the CRM;
  • Perform any other tasks related to marketing and communications.

Responsibilities:

As a Content marketing specialist, you will play a key role by creating, distributing, analyzing and optimizing new communications and publications. You will also be responsible for developing and analyzing new web pages and nurturing email campaigns for existing clients to increase brand visibility and adoption of various solutions. Your role will require a high level of attention to detail and strong project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments within the organization.
