- Leading the conceptualization and production of engaging content strategies that inspire and resonate with target audiences across all customer journey stages and channels.
- Handling content creation in different formats such as articles, blog posts, presentations, landing pages, video snippets, graphical elements.
- Leading content planning and storytelling, alignment with marketing goals.
- Providing creative support for the successful launch of new products or features.
- Measuring content performance and address strategy to meet defined goals.
- Regularly communicating creative strategies, results, and recommendations to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape to provide insights, identifying opportunities, and refine creative strategies.
- Ensuring all creative outputs are on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice across various content channels.
