The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Be responsible for the curation of marketplace content, product reviews and seller to buyer chats, to perform quality check on the legitimacy of the content.
• Perform front end browsing to detect prohibited listings that need to be removed.
• Review through the system to ensure the marketplace content is aligned with the policies and guidelines.
• Review offline files and online queue to ensure the product reviews and seller to buyer chats content is aligned with the policies and guidelines.
• Understand marketplace policies and guidelines, and make necessary curation based on it.
• Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions.
• Work with the Content Moderation teams to handle listing inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing an education in Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skill is required.
• Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written forms.
• Able to commit a minimum duration of three (3) months full-time internship.
