As Content Producer, you’ll manage the entire production cycle audio or video, including in studio and outdoor recordings.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee audio or video production, including technical and administrative tasks.
• Decide topics and manage production schedule.
• Record and produce episodes, and handle post-production tasks like editing and distribution.
• Develop marketing strategies and promote the show.
• Research and schedule guests, prepare hosts and guests for recording, and guide them on talking points.
• Monitor episode analytics and manage the production budget.
• Ensure readiness of studio equipment for recording.
• Assist in live switching during studio recordings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience as a Podcaster or YouTuber is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Interest in the media industry.
• Interest in news and current affairs.
• Strong technical skills, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Audition).
• Resourceful, able to multitask and pay attention to details.
