Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Content Producer to join our team.
You’ll be passionate about education and possess a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design or conference/event production for school leaders.
As a Content Producer, you’ll play a key role in designing our new cohort-based courses, to support new headteachers and leaders to be confident and capable in the role.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing expert trainers, creating interactive and immersive training materials, and hosting live classes to provide practical and engaging learning experiences.

You will:

  • Design comprehensive cohort-based courses for new school leaders, covering essential topics such as finance and budgeting, people management, working with parents and governors
  • Source expert trainers and subject matter experts to contribute to course content, ensuring the material is relevant, up-to-date, and deeply practical to make sure our courses standout on the market
  • Write high quality copy for a range of course materials, including presentations and learning logs, working with expert trainers
  • Develop engaging and interactive learning experiences, including multimedia presentations, case studies, and practical tasks to apply learning immediately
  • Work with our delivery manager, to tight deadlines, to deliver courses on-time, in-full
  • Host live classes and virtual workshops, facilitate group discussions and promote peer learning throughout the course programme
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, research, and innovations in education and instructional design, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development

This role sits within our cross-product, multimedia content team, and reports to our training content lead. You’ll also work closely with our product management and marketing teams.
