Description:
Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Content Quality Manager to work for our client in Toronto, ON. In this role you will be r esponsible for improving the catalog quality of merchants that our client is onboarding to their platform. Having accurate, up-to-date product information improves the experience of both customers and shoppers, leading to better conversion and platform reliability.

- Pay Rate: $ 39.55/hour
- Location: Toronto, ON
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 6-month contract

Responsibilities:
- Support overall process of setting up catalogs for new merchants being onboarded to client portal/app, communicating status updates and ensuring process stays on track
- Understand the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, implementing processes that remove points of friction and streamline/speed the onboarding workflow
- Conduct thorough checks on merchant catalogs ahead of launch
- Identify issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
- Work cross-functionally to improve merchant catalogs (e.g., adding additional product imagery)
Qualifications:
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities / workstreams in parallel
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
