Inviting applications for the role of Content Reviewer – Process Associate – English – On Site Lisbon!
In this job, you will be responsible for keeping the digital streets safe for our communities across the world!

Responsibilities

  • Understand and remain up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
  • Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance
  • Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format daily
  • Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
  • Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements
  • Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to
  • Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager
  • Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI’s and all performance metrics are met
  • Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions
  • Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project

Important: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Proficient level of English min C1.
  • Previous experience in content moderation would be an asset
  • High School Degree
  • Understand and remain up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
  • Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance

Preferred qualifications

  • Trust & Safety Experience – preferably content labelling and/or moderation
  • Neutral mind-set to digital content that needs classification & policy review

Strong emotional intelligence and resilience

  • Accurate and critical work attitude
