JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are in search of an experienced Content Strategist to join our Customer Experience team. The Content Strategist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality documentation to support the processes. Reporting to the Lead Customer Experience Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive and user-friendly materials that enhance the customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of two to three years of proven experience as a Content Strategist.
  • Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and accessible documentation.
  • Strong ability to comprehend and convey technical concepts effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools and software.
  • Capacity to work independently while effectively managing workload.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Technical Team, Support Team, and Lead Customer Experience Specialists to create written materials that streamline and clarify the processes.
  • Produce a variety of documents including scripts for standardized responses to common public inquiries, knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures for permit programs and step-by-step instructions, public-facing documents, and, if requested by the customer, regulatory documentation.
  • Revise and improve draft documents based on feedback received from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
  • Maintain the accuracy and relevance of existing and published documents by regularly reviewing and updating content to reflect changes in processes or regulations.
