Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Content Strategy Advisor, to join our SEO & Content Strategy team!
Reporting to the Manager, SEO & Content Strategy, you will play a key role in the strategy, creation and improvement of our multi-platforms content. As a Content Strategy Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing content strategy and production (English writing, editing, translation) across all our websites to drive organic traffic, maximize leads conversion and optimize user experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Lead the English content strategy for our websites with cross-functional teams, including our external SEO agency, to collaboratively develop our SEO strategy, ensuring we are focused on the most impactful growth initiatives.
  • Writing, editing, and publishing impactful content in diverse forms to drive SEO success and help reach a variety of business goals;
  • Using tools such as Site Improve, Brightedge and SEMRush to analyze and report on performance, proactively share insights, and make recommendations;
  • Define, update and promote websites editorial guidelines and develop an editorial calendar.
  • Apply content best practices for digital products; contribute to maintaining copy standards, including accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain network of reliable copywriting and translation freelancers and/or agencies; manage content production, edit and proofread material.
  • Work closely with UX/UI design experts to promote user-friendly content layout and website experience.
  • Work in collaboration with other business units to obtain approvals: marketing, underwriting, and legal.
  • Ensure brand differentiation among our multi-brand portfolio (belairdirect, Intact Insurance, white-labels, etc.), while maintaining brand consistency on each website.
  • Foster close relationships with the marketing team to reflect brand positioning on digital platforms and deliver organic and paid marketing effectiveness.
  • Be on the lookout for evolving trends in content marketing, conduct occasional competitive content marketing analysis and communicate insights to internal and external partners.
