We are looking for a skilled Content Team Leader who will play a key role in shaping and executing our content strategy. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of B2B marketing. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and curating content that resonates with our target audience and strengthens our brand presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar for organised content releases.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 content specialists in implementing the content strategy.
  • Produce high-quality written and visual content for various channels, including website, blog, catalogues, brochures, social media, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Oversee the content team, ensuring compelling product descriptions, educational articles, and engaging stories.
  • Ensure content alignment with brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging strategy.
  • Edit and proofread content, providing constructive feedback to maintain high standards.
  • Implement SEO best practices for enhanced content discoverability and improved search engine rankings.
  • Guide the team in keyword research and staying informed about SEO trends for continuous optimisation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote content across channels and maximise reach, overseeing distribution efforts.
  • Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and working with the team to enhance overall performance.
