Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We’ve recently launched a new digital communications platform to change the way we talk to our customers. As a Content Designer, you’ll play a vital role by designing and managing personalised content experiences for our digital channels.
Working in an Agile cross-functional squad, you’ll liaise with stakeholders around the business to understand the user journeys and implement opportunities. You’ll produce and automate crisp, clear, inclusive, and on-brand content in the CMS that meets our customers’ needs and regulatory requirements.
You’ll traffic the content workflow and measure and track results to share with your stakeholders, building a cycle of continuous improvement.
As part of the wider Experience Design area, you’ll work closely with designers in other disciplines like user experience and research. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your content design skills with the active support of our content design chapter.

  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders across a complex organisation to make smart decisions about customer-facing communications and drive outcomes.
  • Track record overseeing the success of content initiatives and advocating for content and the customer.
  • Proficient with journey and experience mapping, storyboards, personas, and prototypes.
  • Confident using a range of design and research tools, and open to adapting to new trends and technologies.
  • Experience working in an agile environment in cross functional teams, with a diverse range of stakeholders.
