As one of our Continence Nurse Consultants, you will contribute to, and be part of a community based, multidisciplinary team that supports clients and carers to achieve an optimum level of health independence through:

• Provision of client-centred care to community members from a broad range of backgrounds.
• Development and delivery of flexible and responsive services.
• Provision of clinical leadership, education and expert consultancy to the multidisciplinary team and the wider nursing teams through Barwon Health and the region.

This is a contracted role until 30/6/2026 however there is potential for hours to be extended and increased over time or pick up extra hours to cover leave. Renumeration for this role will be dependant on qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.
