Your tasks
The program starts on September 2nd 2024 and we are hiring in our hub in Porto, Portugal.
As a Group Finance Graduate, a wide variety of challenging opportunities is waiting for you, which provides you a fast track into the finance business at Continental. Your individual path throughout the Group Finance Graduate Program is based on your educational background, your individual preferences and our business needs.
During the two-year program, you will complete several modules, varying between our group functions in Porto, Hanover (Germany) and our plant in Lousado.
We invite you to contribute to current finance-related tasks and projects, enabling you to build relationships across several lines of business and to enhance both your finance knowledge and soft skills. Moreover, the program offers the opportunity to build your own personal network in a multinational company – to find an exciting job in our finance organization.

Your profile

• Excellent Master or MBA degree in Finance and Controlling, Economics or similar.
• First practical experience through internships in a corporate environment.
• Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.
• Open mindedness and flexibility (also regarding the job location).
• Taking ownership and speaking up.
• Openness to give and take feedback and self-reflection.
• Supportive and hands-on mentality.
• Effective and transparent communication competencies, assertiveness, and empathy.
