We are currently recruiting for an CI Business Partner to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
Your role of the CI Business Partner will have a particular focus on integration into each business area in trading and operations and excellent collaboration with wider stakeholders across the business in CIO, shared services, and strategy. Your role will have financial responsibility to drive towards our performance targets and strategic direction.
You will be supporting and working closely in partnership with our team across trading and operations to achieve shared organizational targets led by our overall commercial lines and specialty lines strategy. In particular, we drive and implement continuous improvement and process optimization opportunities, enabling leaders and our people to deliver excellent service to our brokers.
You will deliver demonstrated continuous improvement methodologies and process re-engineering methods while being responsible for owning and driving best practices across trading and operations, enabling best practice workshops to embed into the business. You will partner with the business, driving technical solutions that improve our profitable growth agenda, with simplified end-to-end processes, improved costs and service level offerings, and collaboration with our colleagues across the business in strategy and CIO teams, shared services, U&P, CUO, and UW.
About You
You will have stakeholder skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across the business. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including lean methodology, Kaizen, and process re-engineering methods. With practical, demonstrated experience in delivering continuous improvement outcomes and proven financial benefit delivery.
- Experience of processes and ways of working, underpinned by robust governance.
- Good presentation skills, communicating clearly.
- Experience working with external partners and suppliers.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to translate solutions into the delivery of good business outcomes.
- Ability to develop and execute a clear strategy.
- Good understanding of value savings demonstrated by people, customers, or FTE costs.
