Responsibilities:
THIS ROLE WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts.
- Managing the financial administration for the project.
- Managing the site office administration for the project.
- Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation and review of the project monthly report including providing workings completed, program and cost data.
- Developing and managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframes.
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Economics / Law / Business
- Ability to build rapport and manage relationships.
- The ability to work in as part of a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements involved in specific contracts
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Attention to detail and ability to notice errors
