Responsibilities:

THIS ROLE WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts.
  • Managing the financial administration for the project.
  • Managing the site office administration for the project.
  • Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation and review of the project monthly report including providing workings completed, program and cost data.
  • Developing and managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframes.
  • Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Economics / Law / Business
  • Ability to build rapport and manage relationships.
  • The ability to work in as part of a team.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements involved in specific contracts
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles
  • Attention to detail and ability to notice errors
