We are seeking a talented Contract Administrator and QA Specialist to join our team either in Frankfurt, Germany or in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of experience in the described tasks and responsibilities, particularly in contract work (preferably experience in a law firm)
• Proficient in regulatory framework requirements (e.g. documentation and validation)
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages such as German are an advantage)
• Strong focus on customer service
• Collaborative with robust interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
• Analytical skills
• Strong communicator, approachable, attentive, and supportive
• Ability to remain composed and perform under pressure
