Responsibilities:

This is an administration role within their Learning and Development team, supporting a handful of coordinators. A contract role, this is due to run until the end of July 2024. Your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Communicating training confirmations & assisting with scheduling
  • Regularly liaising with internal stakeholders, phone and email
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Ad hoc administration tasks for the coordinator

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Competent with Excel, Word and Outlook
