Description:
We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team. Supporting the Facilities Director, this role will act as a first point of contact for key stakeholders and will facilitate information sharing and responses on behalf of the Facilities Director. In addition, this role will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations in coordinating work relating to cross-stream projects.
Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Bendigo Hospital contract; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.
- Qualifications in business management or equivalent experience, with expertise in contractual knowledge and supporting scope changes, variations, and modifications to buildings and services.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Leadership skills in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, delivering outcomes against performance-based contracts.
- Advanced planning, reporting, prioritizing, communication, and presentation skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- High attention to detail, teamwork and collaboration, fostering productive relationships, ensuring compliance, and promoting team well-being.
