We are currently expanding our team and are seeking candidates to join our dynamic team in the role of Contract Administrator based at our high-profile University contract, on site in Crawley, WA.
This role will support our onsite operational management team. As you will be in constant contact with senior executives and external representatives, you will display professional presentation and communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support as required
Assist in timesheet and payroll processes
Coordinate onboarding activities of new employees
Assisting with small and large-scale projects as required
Data entry, invoicing and other correspondence as required
Updating policies and procedures
Assisting with stock/consumables ordering
Work order management
Conduct Cleaning and compliance Audits
Data input
Preparation of correspondence
Direct support to the Operations Team
