Description:

Join this large government organisation as they roll out a number of programmes in the construction space. As an experienced contracts administrator you will utilise your skill set and support the procurement function on the project.
This is a country wide programme offering opportunities for progression for the right person. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a contract administration, procurement advisor or similar role.

In this role you will:

  • Primarily assist the team with contract variations and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain an active electronic archive of the tender documentation to comply with procurement audit obligations.
  • Provide general support to the team as needed throughout the course of their duties.

The ideal person will posses:

  • A strong foundation in administrative tasks
  • Ideally, have worked within a government environment, navigating its unique protocols and demands
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, continuously expanding their knowledge of procurement and the construction and infrastructure industry.
  • Experience with contract administration, contract extensions and variations
