REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL.
- Completed a Tertiary education in Engineering or Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in major infrastructure projects with at least 3 years in-depth knowledge and experience in contract administration.
- Self-driven individual with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all project contract documentation including head contracts and subcontracts.
- In conjunction with the Project Manager and Senior Contract Administrator, negotiate with the client and / or subcontractors to provide the best commercial outcome for the project.
- Assist the Project Manager and Finance Manager to undertake cost controlling, estimating, budgeting, forecasting and managing budget.
- Assess and manage variations, EOT, NOD, disputes and contract correspondence through liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement the Project Finalisation Plan ensuring that completion notices are provided as required under the subcontract, subcontract sums are finalised, Deeds of Release are executed and retentions released as per the contractual requirements.
- Prepare ALT paper including compilation of supporting information to get reimbursed by the client.
- Identify opportunities for the improvement of project delivery systems, policies and procedures.
