As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in a Contracts Administration or similar position.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills.
  • Experience of SAP Software/accounting and associated reporting is desirable

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Contract Administrator is responsible for the upstream and downstream contractual administration of goods, materials, and services to support the project achieve their quality, time, and cost targets with minimal risk.
Working under the guidance of the Project Manager and Commercial Manager, the role is responsible for delivering the commercial operational commitments of the project in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Manage and perform the contract administration responsibilities for the project.
  • Prepare all payment claims ensuring on-time submission and accuracy.
  • Support and co-ordinate the review and timely approval (or dispute) of payment claims.
  • Manage and monitor contract securities, insurances, claims and variations.
  • Work in conjunction with Project Manager, Design Manager and Construction Manager to ensure on time delivery of all goods and services.
