Rural Physicians Group (RPG) is the leading provider in rural healthcare services and we’re looking for a driven Contract Analyst to add to our team.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for preparing, examining, and revising contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 2+ years experience as a Contract Analyst, Paralegal, or in a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of contract management, contract compliance, document processing, database management, and records management
- Attention to Detail
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with contract management software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Working with external attorney to ensure contracts are properly written and executed
- Contract administration (development, maintenance, modifying, and updating)
- Complying with reporting requirements
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Safeguarding proprietary information
- Facilitating the sending out, tracking and execution of all contracts
- Tracking contracts for renewal and ensuring renewals are completed timely
- Ensuring contracts are stored and easily accessible when needed
- Ensuring proper exit criteria is followed when contracts end
- Ensuring contracts are consistent with management’s goals, policies, and procedures.
- Assuring that all clarifications and amendments of negotiations are incorporated into the final contract.
- Generating, maintaining, and auditing the central contract resource files.
- Ensuring that necessary procedural controls exist and are being followed.
