Contracts Analyst - Temporary Role - 12 month Contract
A leading tech company in west Dublin is hiring for a temp Contracts Analyst role.

KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACTS ANALYST:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
• A familiarisation with SAP, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A general knowledge of the contract process at commercial level.
• An ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to a very high level of accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  Contracts Analyst - Temporary Role - 12 month Contrac

• Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the complete contract process.
• Learn and adhere to company related procedures and processes.
• Manage the processing of incoming revenue generating contracts in accordance with established procedures.
• Set up and maintain customer records within systems per established procedures.
• Handle incoming queries and status reporting.
• Business Continuity participation.
• System testing.
• Project participation.
• Work with internal teams including Sales, Legal, Credit and Deal Desk.
