Description:

As part of the RAC Roadside and Operations Support team, the M&HS Contract & Compliance Officer plays a crucial role helping us keep on top of all contracts across Motor and Home Services business ensuring a high standard of compliance and performance across contractual agreements in line with business requirements.

What will you be doing?

  • Strong relationship management with key stakeholders
  • Supporting the administration of supplier contracts within the M&HS business.
  • Administering contract and supplier management systems, including uploading of data and documents, managing the ongoing maintenance of users, data, and updates.
  • Coordinating and preparing compliance responses for the M&HS business within required timelines, in accordance with RAC processes and procedures.
  • Conducting testing and supporting internal reviews of compliance activities, aligned to the M&HS (QRC) Framework.
  • Contributing to quality management activities and process improvements initiatives across M&HS.
  • Coordinating reporting of updates on initiatives and projects related to the M&HS business.

  • Demonstrated evidence of being a team player in a fast paced, dynamic, multi tasked environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally including a high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel to various sites when required
  • Previous experience in a contract administration environment will be highly regarded
  • Practical experience in Microsoft Office and general system applications
