Spectrum IT’s UK National Client are seeking to recruit a Contract Data Migration Engineer to join them on an initial 9 month contract. The role has been deemed INSIDE IR35 and will offer full remote working for a UK based candidate.
As the Contract Data Migration Engineer you will join a busy transformation team working on a new programme to implement a new management system. You will take ownership for a specific part of the system migration ensuring mapping, configuration and data quality are precisely created predominantly using MSSQL. You will be part of a cross functional team, where you will focus on the data migration, support and design activity on data management and BI systems. Duties for this role will include building high-quality, accessible data models and stores, full documentation of source and target maps; maintaining information and data catalogues; generating information management testing and quality controls in both new and existing projects, and assisting with the day to day data operations. You will also develop and manage ETL workloads to run predictably, efficiently and effectively whilst monitoring, maintaining and supporting all data management services and processes.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience in designing and developing a data Factories.
• Background of utilising housing Management related software: Active H, NEC Housing or Open Housing - Highly Preferable
• Experience managing ETL workloads
