Description:
DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
- Timely handeling of CMs（contract modification）/Pos (purchase order): handeling processes in no more than 1 business day.
- Ensure clear and correct information is provided in CM description and/or PO information table for processing. Measurable information based on return of processes by HQ registration.
- Evaluate issues and provide possible solutions. Being able to use problem solving skills to provide solution to issues that arise during daily work.
- Meeting KPIs for CM QC and PO processing accuracy
- Doing the billing,issue invoices to customer, manage the billing KPI
