As a Contract Lead based in Swansea Plumb and Parts branch, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and supporting customer schedules to ensure that we can fulfil customer orders on time in full.
  • Working with and engaging customers so that they feel supported and grow loyalty at the same time as driving profitable growth.
  • Support the sales teams with quotes to maximise sales and the right product mix

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours a week.

  • Experience of sales within a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to plan and organise resources
  • Able to communicate complex messages to a range of stakeholders and able to influence others to overcome resistance and challenges within the business in an appropriate manner
