YOUR ROLE

In your role as Contract Logistics Technical Coordinator you will be supporting the local Project Manager in diverse topics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take the ownership in managing our internal Forklift Fleet requirements, ensuring top-notch equipment performance through the organisation of regular maintenance, repairs, and supervision of service providers and technicians;
• Invoice verification/acknowledgment of leasing, repair and maintenance invoices;
• Assume a key role as Spare parts Management representative for various internal warehouse areas and lead our internal forklift trainer team, contributing to the seamless operation of our facilities;
• Showcase your organizational skills by coordinating and administering all internal technical training, with a primary focus on forklift operations;
• Spearhead the meticulous inspection of high racks, collaborating with the procurement team for necessary follow-ups, implementing customer-specific installations;
• Unleash your expertise in warehouse layout and rack planning, coordinating installations across different departments, including external warehouse management, to optimize our operational efficiency;
• Champion quality as our representative by organizing and moderating safety meetings, meticulously documenting procedures, and leading internal and external audits within your area of responsibility. Your commitment will be pivotal in ensuring a safe and quality-driven work environment
