Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

In your role as Contract Logistics Technical Coordinator you will be supporting the local Project Manager in diverse topics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take the ownership in managing our internal Forklift Fleet requirements, ensuring top-notch equipment performance through regular maintenance, repairs, and supervision of service providers and technicians;
  • Invoice verification/acknowledgment of leasing, repair and maintenance invoices;
  • Assume a key role as the go-to technical support and Spare parts Management representative for various internal warehouse areas and lead our internal forklift trainer team, contributing to the seamless operation of our facilities;
  • Showcase your organizational skills by coordinating and administering all internal technical training, with a primary focus on forklift operations;
  • Spearhead the meticulous inspection of high racks based on DIN EN 15635 standards, collaborating with the procurement team for necessary follow-ups, implementing customer-specific installations, and adeptly managing invoices;
  • Unleash your expertise in warehouse layout and rack planning, coordinating installations across different departments, including external warehouse management, to optimize our operational efficiency;
  • Champion quality as our representative byorganizing and moderating safety meetings, meticulously documenting procedures,and leading internal and external audits within your area of responsibility.Your commitment will be pivotal in ensuring a safe and quality-driven workenvironment
