ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:

Ericsson is opening an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager. We are looking for a Commercial Contract Manager to support our drive for Commercial & Contract excellence focusing on SA BOS.

THE SKILLS YOU BRING:

• University Degree in Law/Business Administration/Finance/Enginerring or equivalent or a solid track record in contract management.
• Strong experience in Services projects & engagements (IT and/or telecommunications)
• Awareness of contractual and business law
• Creative, innovative mind-set to develop well through-through approaches and overcome contractual challenged
• Confidence to work self-managed in a fast paced and exciting environment
• WorldCC/IACCM certification or equivalent is a plus
• Proficiency in English both written and oral is a must, additional multiple languages are a plus

• Act as a change to support evolution in contracting approach for SA BOS, developing a more IT-style of contracting engagement
• Evolve Contracting Templates in support of SA BOS strategic direction
• Develop guidance (e.g. golden rules, model clause examples etc.) and provide training workshops to the BA & MA communities to support continual development and improve contract discipline
• Act as BA Contract Management SME & provide support to wider SCM & SA BOS Teams and assigned MA(s) on select deals
• Harvest good practise examples aligned to strategy across assigned MA(s)
• Guide and assist on interpretation of contractual clauses and obligations as required by the business with reference to Group Legal, Includes recommendations to BCSS Head of Sales & Commercial Management on escalated deviations from Ericsson wanted positions.
• Provide Contract Management expertise into other SCM projects and programs
