Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations with our departments, and accompany the entire process until its completion. Deadlines? Responses? No problem for you to monitor!
- On the basis of our mostly English-language contract templates, you prepare contracts, make customized changes according to requirement and coordinate with our legal teams as well as with our departments and external clients.
- Contract review, contract drafting or contract law: no detail escapes your watchful eye. You will make targeted inquiries and follow up consistently to achieve the best results.
- Thanks to your valuable interface work, you will act as an advisor and coordinator for contact-to-contract processes. Together with your contract group colleagues, you will support our »Audio and Media Technologies« departments in contract-related matters
