Inviting applications for the role of Contract Manager Specialist – Domain Trainee – English – Hybrid Bucharest
We are seeking a candidate who can effectively manage contract approval flow and ensure compliance with SLAs. They should be skilled in facilitating end-to-end contract management while coordinating with stakeholders. Additionally, they should have strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with contract management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contract approval flow of executed sourcing activities
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs for the contracting process, such as contract turnaround time and accuracy
  • Assist in developing management information systems related to SLAs for the contracting process
  • Collaborate closely with Category Management and Sourcing Support teams for contract requirements analysis and engagement
  • Provide Ad-hoc support in contract visibility and data analysis
  • Facilitate the end-to-end contract management process, including document collection, obtaining signatures, and storage
  • Coordinate with Category Management, internal Legal Department, and vendors to publish contracts once a supplier is chosen for business award
  • Participate in recurring and ad-hoc governance meetings as necessary
  • Intervene in specific cases to ensure proper actions are taken
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards, promote fair and transparent practices, and enforce department and client policies
  • Identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management
  • Functional knowledge of Procurement
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to independently work with clients and coordinate with global business users
  • Negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with contract management tools (preferably Ariba Sourcing)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • experience in contract administration
