KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Service Delivery: Initial point of contact for the home Bargains team in CBES, triaging cases, assigning work orders, assigning ppms & ensuring completion / dealing with escalations.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Good communication skills, basic admin, customer service, ability to multi-task, must work well as part of a team, motivated to do their best at all times, open to helping cover some weekend shifts (although your role will be working between the hours of 7am and 8pm Mon-Fri, with some weekend shifts needing covered at time & a half).

Responsibilities:

To ensure the prompt allocation of both reactive work & ppms to engineers & contractors, ensuring agreed sla’s are met, fielding calls from engineers & stores. Seeing cases through to completion & driving down open work order numbers. Other admin tasks as required.
