JOB DESCRIPTION
- Industry/Organization Type: Manufacturing of machinery and equipment
- Position Title: Contract Specialist/Trainee Contract Manager
- Working Location: Central
- Working Hours: 5 days (8.30 am – 5.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus
- Duration: Full-Time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Reach personal sales and profitability goals while contributing to team objectives.
- Support Contract Management in creating customer quotations and managing supplier quotations.
- Be responsible for your own quotes and orders. Support from Senior staff will be provided when required.
- Build strong connections with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure company risk is low by accurately conveying customer needs and specifications, including passing on complex order details to management teams.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
