Description:

Our immigration law firm is currently seeking a Contract Specialist who is detail-oriented and highly motivated to help us sign up new clients and set up their cases within our case management system.
Contract Specialists are responsible for explaining contract details to clients ready to start a case
with the Firm. They create the initial contract for our clients and send all documents
required for signature to initiate a case.

Responsibilities

  • Call the clients to start the legal process
  • Complete invoices and next-step walkthroughs with new clients.
  • Explain the contract and other documents related to the case
  • Activate the workflows in the case management system for other areas to start working on the case
  • Answer any initial questions that clients might have
  • Schedule client appointments with additional departments

This position is full-time, with a thorough training period. There is no end date to this position, and we love having team members who want to learn and grow within our organization.
Note:
The schedule for this position is Monday through Saturday, with a window time of 12 pm - 10 pm EST, and Saturday: 9 AM - 5 PM EST. The candidate must be available 100% of the time during the defined schedule window, which will be determined in the final stage of the hiring process.
40 hours per week, 5 days a week, 8-hour shift.
Pay rate: $6/hr
