- Previous Service Coordinator Support experience(Highly Desirable)
- FM Administrators/Coordinator experience (Highly Desirable)
- Strong Communication skills (Highly Desirable)

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
My client who is a Global Leader within Real Estate Services is seeking an experienced Contracts Support Coordinator. The ideal candidate my client is looking for will be detailed oriented and passionate by nature. In this role the ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of invoicing, administrative, and data entry tasks.
Your responsibilities will revolve around scheduling technicians for different clients, supporting both pre and post go-live activities related to system, provide billing support and general administrative tasks, whilst contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the operations.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and manage all things related to invoicing preparation, credit management, pre and post go-live activities related to system implementations.
- First point of contact for requests
- Experience in processing calls, emails and work order requests
- Scheuling technicians/contractors
- Log and monitor complaints and escalations
- Raise, dispatch, monitor and reports on reactive work orders
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Review and process vendor invoices
