ABOUT THE ROLE:

This crucial role involves evaluating, improving, and optimizing our client’s IT infrastructure to align with the company’s strategic goals. Your efforts will be key in assessing system capabilities, implementing strategic technology solutions, and driving infrastructure enhancements to support our client’s mission of delivering superior customer service!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Provide ongoing support to ensure the reliable operation of servers, networks, and databases, collaborating on the resolution of hardware and software issues, including POS systems and connectivity solutions.
Engage with retail employees to solve technological incidents, improving POS and inventory systems for a streamlined retail operation.
Lead the development of training programs and crafting user-centric guides to encourage effective technology adoption across the company.
Generate consistent reports detailing system performance and keep thorough records of IT configurations and operations.
Support day-to-day Microsoft 365 environments,
Proficient in integrating various systems, with a solid understanding of APIs.
